Thank you for your interest in posting a job opening on SEDPWEB.ORG!
Employers can post job offerings here. Note that you MUST create a profile before you will be allowed to post. You only need do this ONCE. Job applicants will be able to reply to you by email to the address you used when you created your profile. You may also include your contact information in your posting if you wish. All posts will be automatically deleted in 30 days.
Follow these steps to create a profile:
- On the jobs posting forum's main page, click "Create Profile".
- Use a name for your profile that is not already in use. If you get an invalid password error please try a different name.
- Make sure you use a valid email address that you have access to at the time of registration.
- After creating your profile, wait a couple of minutes and check your email. A password will be sent to your registered email address. Use this password when posting.
- You can change your password by selecting the Edit Profile link atop any forum index page. In the Password field, type the password that was emailed to you, then enter your preferred password twice in the next two fields on the form. You may wish to check the box next to "Save Password" so that it will be saved in a cookie file on your computer.
This FREE service has just a few simple things to remember:
- The open position must be located within Shiawassee County.
- All job postings must include your business name and location.
- Openings that require an application fee will not be accepted.
- Postings for distributorships (i.e. Amway, Tupperware, Ginsu Knives, etc.) will not be accepted.
- Before your job opening is posted, it will be reviewed by our Webmaster. (Openings should be posted within 1 business day.)
- Openings will be posted for a maximum of thirty (30) days or until you request to have it removed, whichever comes first. You are free to re-post the opening after thirty days, if necessary.
- The SEDP reserves the right to deny any postings. It is provided as a courtesy to Shiawassee County employers to help the Shiawassee County economy.
